Punta Cana attractions and top destinations selection

Punta Cana, a tropical Eden, an incredible destination. Punta Cana is the region located at the furthest eastern point of the Dominican Republic, known for its gorgeous white sand beaches, its luxurious resorts, and its tropical vibe. Seaquarium Punta Cana is an amazing underwater adventure. The experience starts with an open-top bus that picks up its passengers at their hotel and takes them to the quay, where a modern catamaran will be waiting. While on the catamaran, passengers can enjoy an onboard party with live entertainment and music, fresh fruits, snacks, and drinks. And once they come to the quay, they’ll get the chance to walk underwater, snorkel with fish, sharks, and manta rays, and even get a kiss from the sea lion. The party continues in the warm waters of a natural sea pool in the Caribbean Sea.

Dolphin Explorer allows guests to swim and interact with dolphins in their natural habitat. It offers a unique and unforgettable experience while also teaching all its visitors about the conservation of terrestrial and marine life in Punta Cana and the Dominican Republic. This site also features some tropical birds, sharks, sea lions, stingrays, and many others animal species as well as an exciting catamaran ride. Aboard the Dolphin Cruiser, visitors will sail through crystal-clear waters along the coast of the Natural Reserve of Cabeza de Toro in Punta Cana.

Tours are sometimes the best way to see a lot of a place and culture in a short amount of time. Luckily, HorsePlay Tours offer visitors to Punta Cana the content of several different tours all conveniently packaged into one. In one day, participants will receive a cultural tour of local villages and learn about Dominican customs, history and traditions, go zip lining, horseback riding, sample locally produced coffee and chocolate, and finally, sit down to an authentic Dominican meal.

Blessed with one of the Caribbean region’s longest white sand coastlines–a whopping 48 kilometers, punctuated with sky-reaching coconut palms–Punta Cana is the land of rest and relaxation by the sea. Here, where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean, from the northern tip at Uvero Alto to the southern at Cap Cana, all-inclusive resorts and boutique hideaways offer all the whims and comforts of modern beachfront living. Families enjoy miniature entertainment centers and water parks for children, while couples-only enclaves boast dream wedding locations, with secluded beachside lodging for an ultra-romantic stay. But it’s not only about fun in the sun, soft sand brushing against your toes, and iridescent, clear water to swim in, go fishing, or dive for underwater life and shipwrecks. This excursion has it all, it is actually a combination of three different excursions: horseback riding, truck safari and Island tour and if that wasn’t enough you also get to visit a magnificent natural waterfall. Samana is a peninsula in the northeastern part of the country just 30 minutes away by plane from Punta Cana and one of my all time favorite parts of the Dominican Republic. Your transport from the Samana airport will be safari trucks which will take you through the mountainous terrain of the Peninsula for you to experience the Dominican culture outside your hotel. Later, once off the truck you will mount a horse for a 30 minute ride to “El Salto del Limon” one of the most beautiful and famous waterfalls in the entire country and will have time to cool off in it’s pristine waters.
