Automated Feather Duster: Using Encore engineered and designed standard machines and robot mounted assemblies Encore offers an extensive assortment of custom feather duster systems for a wide variety of vehicle and product sizes. Current systems range from full robotic feather dusters with optional integrated hoods to floor mounted hood assemblies. Encore standard single column articulating machines can be provided in clean wall or in booth design with servo controlled articulating axis or manual adjusted fixed machines. A combination of both robotic and fixed machine feather dusting systems can offer the most flexible design for complex requirements. Encore also offers a unique hoodless truck box interior robotic feather duster. Removing the hood allows the feather rolls to get into areas which would be inhibited by the presence of a hood. Instead a fixed hood is mounted alongside the robot allowing the rolls to be cleaned between boxes. Encore also manufactures in house all the Ostrich feather rolls for the Encore systems as well as any replacement feather rolls for existing feather duster systems.
TKS offers conveyor systems for automotive paint plants. Our goal is to design compact and highly efficient factory layouts for production. We supply overhead conveyors for pretreatment and electro-deposition lines as well as floor conveyors for prime, base, and top coat lines. Friction conveyors are preferred for easy maintenance. TKS employs a large staff of full-time engineers. From sizing equipment based on heat loads and specifications to designing new layouts for brand new paint shops, our Engineering & CAD team can provide full-service engineering. TKS offers a proprietary high-pressure water spray technology to clean car bodies of weld balls and iron dust prior to the film build processes. A clean car body is critical to a quality surface finish. TKS’ electrical engineering department works with many manufacturers including Spang, Controlled Power, and more. TKS provides a variety of types of anodes: solid, flushing, roof-, wall-, and floor-mounted. We also design and provide the anolyte system. TKS provides superior spray booth environments to achieve a high-quality paint finish with a wet or dry scrubber. We have recently updated our Dry Booth design to reduce maintenance and decrease operating costs via less limestone and less energy usage. Our wet booth scrubbers has been installed over 100 times worldwide.
Taikisha offers both a traditional two-tower RTO and a rotary-valve regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) for industrial air pollution control and VOC abatement. TKS also offer traditional thermal oxidizers and RTOs for oven exhaust smoke control and VOC abatement. Destruction removal efficiencies (DRE) of 98-99% can be offered.
