Since we have well-equipped sound stages, you can have access to the catwalk, and configure any lighting and sound set-up you like for an elegant gala. There’s room for a big band, a dance floor, and rows of tables to keep the guests at your events fed and festive. With 10,000 sq. ft. to work with, space will not be an issue. We have two sound stages fully equipped to provide you with what you need for virtually any professional production you have planned. Stage 1 is soundproofed with 5000 square feet of space, a full catwalk, adjustable light rails, 1200 amps of power and a 100 ft U shaped white cyc. The street level elephant doors and ramp make it easy to drive in larger than life props for your production and set the scene however you see fit.
We invite you to use our facilities for anything from an elegant corporate gala to an over-the-top cosplay convention that would make a Tim Burton set seem dull (in fact, we dare you to do that second one!). This versatile venue has hosted everything from a Hamilton dinner to an interactive album launch party for Janelle Monae. Our building has been the site of several celebrity + brand collaborations as well as a smokin’ 2020 Grammys afterparty. We’re experts at helping you create the experience or event you envision.
